1. Have faith in God and in His Church’s teachings.

2. Pray with the heart. Daily read the Bible, daily recite the Rosary, regularly attend adoration of the Blessed Sacrament.  Spend 3 hours a day in prayer. Gather in prayer groups. The home should be a domestic church with blessed objects.

3. Renewed Fasting.  Work up to just bread and water on Wednesdays and Fridays.

4. Total conversion to God with monthly confession.

5. Peace of Christ.  Accept Divine peace and Live it – Live in Peace.

  1. This is so true. My Polish mother taught me love of our blessed mother. For the last 12 years or so I go for my morning walk praying my rosary rain or shine 7 days a week. I have a huge rosary that I use so that I can pray it with my gloves on. Rosary is like exercise, when you begin its so hard to push yourself but after a couple weeks you can not start the day without it. I walk past a nursing home and as I said my rosary is huge. The corpus is about 3 inches tall and you can see me coming a mile down the street. One day a lady stopped me on my walk, she has a huge statue of the blessed mother that I always stop and ask our lady to protect me during the day. All of a sudden she jumped back and said, “your the one!” She had friends in the nursing home who were there in their grandfathers room waiting for him to die. Then they say me and my huge rosary walking past on the sidewalk and decided to pray the rosary with grampa as a family. Grampa made it to the last Fatima prayer on the last decade of the rosary before he have up the ghost. Our lady did tell St. Dominic that the rosary is the sword.
